Service terms

Effective

These service terms are the end user license agreement (EULA) for TDR Preflight. They are the current published version customers accept during checkout and activation.

A subscription license for one purpose — preparing the customer's own GSA sales reporting — with customer-owned reporting decisions and no direct government submission.

  1. SparkGap LLC grants the subscribing organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TDR Preflight to prepare its own GSA Schedule sales reporting during the purchased review or subscription term. The service is licensed, not sold; no resale, sublicense, service-bureau, or source-code right is included.
  2. The $5,000 TDR Control Review covers one closed reporting period and includes expert review of the supported reconciliation, SRP output, decision ledger, and evidence package. QuickBooks Online is an optional read-only source, not an accounting or government filing service.
  3. Customer remains responsible for QuickBooks selection/filter configuration, reportability decisions, final output review, and SRP submission. Generated outputs are review artifacts, not legal advice or a government acceptance guarantee.
  4. Accounts must not be used to probe or disrupt the service, work around tenant isolation or rate limits, or submit what the data boundary excludes: CUI, classified information, portal credentials, supporting documents, or malicious files. A violation can suspend the organization after notice, or immediately when continued operation puts other tenants at risk.
  5. An annual subscription ends at its term; failed payment leads to one 14-day grace period and then read-only access, and an owner controls export and deletion of organization data throughout. To the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, indirect and consequential damages are excluded, and aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
